Location Preferences: In-Office, Hybrid, Remote

Remi, a PartsSource Company, is looking for remote Sales Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our dynamic Revenue Team. We offer a fantastic B2B sales opportunity for self-starters like you.

The Sales BDE, you will receive industry knowledge and training to successfully sell our Equipment Maintenance Management Program (EMMP) into your territory agencies. The size of the equipment maintenance market is unlimited, offering you the chance to become a top business producer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients across the country and qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Engage and build rapport with decision-makers through cold calling, emails, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams calls
  • Actively listen and identify client's needs, and present our product offering as a solution to acquire new and follow-up business
  • Coordinate and participate in client-facing conference calls
  • Follow up with prospects and close business deals over the phone
  • Attend weekly team meetings and learning development sessions
  • Report to Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results, while maintaining qualified sales leads in CRM

What You’ll Bring:
  • At least one year of sales experience, a stable work history, and evidence of strong performance
  • Demonstrated success prospecting new business, developing new accounts, and targeting key decision-makers within the business marketspace
  • Ability to demonstrate phone selling success from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Strong competitive drive to excel at selling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid work ethic, persistence, and resiliency
  • Resourcefulness, energy, ambition, and passion for sales
  • Strong desire and motivation to learn the business and industry nuances and be part of a growing and successful team
  • Proficiency and experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM
  • A huge plus if you have experience selling into SLED accounts
