As a Paid Media, PPC, and SEO Specialist at INFUSE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives to the next level. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns, researching and implementing SEO strategies, and overseeing website optimization efforts. Your primary goal will be to enhance our online presence, increase traffic, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
60% SEO
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact SEO opportunities
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
Regularly monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics to track progress
Implement technical SEO enhancements to improve site crawlability and indexability
Collaborate with the web development team to identify and implement website optimization opportunities
Ensure website content is properly structured and optimized for search engines
Perform regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues
Manage cross-links and guest post opportunities
Collaborate with the content team to ensure our content and thought leadership are optimized for SEO
20% Paid Media
Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising
Create and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI
20% Analytics and Reporting
Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of paid media and SEO campaigns
Utilize Google Analytics, SEMRush, HubSpot, and other analytics tools to track KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Proven experience in paid media and PPC campaign management in a B2B environment
Strong SEO background with a track record of improving international organic search performance
Proficiency in HTML and WordPress, and experience with website optimization
Google Ads and Google Analytics certification is a plus
Expert knowledge of SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
