Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage, curate, and post engaging content across platforms to drive traffic and increase engagement
- Newsletter Creation & Management: Design and distribute 1-2 newsletters weekly, incorporating on-brand messaging and graphics
- Content Repurposing: Adapt and transform existing content to fit different platforms and audiences, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Graphic Design: Create compelling Canva graphics that resonate with the brand identity
- Affiliate Program Compliance: Integrate affiliates into newsletters while ensuring full adherence to program rules and legal standards
- Strategy & Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and conceptualize campaigns tailored to specific events, holidays, or themes, like gift guides
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Address and complete miscellaneous tasks as required, ensuring smooth operations
- Google Suite

- FloDesk
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant is mandatory
- Experience in digital marketing is essential
- A basic understanding and passion for food/cooking are crucial
- A comprehensive grasp of social media platforms and their nuances
- Familiarity with affiliate program regulations and compliance
- Creative with a natural inclination towards innovative solutions
- An eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks
- Innate sense of curiosity with a desire to stay updated on industry trends
- Intuitively organized with a knack for systematization
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging content
- Effective communicator, capable of conveying ideas and strategies clearly
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Must be on EST or CST
