Blend360 is currently seeking a Content Marketing Manager with a strong background in technology and content creation. This role is vital to Blend360’s corporate marketing initiatives and requires a strategic professional who can devise and execute robust content marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Develop and implement the content strategy with the company leadership team. Coordinate across business units and stakeholders to facilitate the development of content, roll-out plans, approvals, and promotional strategies. Ability to closely align with various functions within the organization such as technical, sales, and regional teams to ensure core themes are aligned within the company. To develop robust content strategies that include full funnel content from awareness based concepts and messages to lower funnel one-pagers, case studies and emails.
Content Development: Work closely with technical teams to understand complex concepts and translate them into accessible and engaging content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the content development process, including coordinating across stakeholders and 3rd parties on timelines, tone/voice, due dates, and best practices. Excitement to be hands on with AI tools to increase content output and content management capabilities. Ability to review, edit and update content to match key business themes, objectives and tone/voice.
Content Management & Activation: Oversee the company's content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content pieces that align with the brand's messaging and overall objectives. Work across the marketing team on coordinating content usage within campaigns including launch dates, posting, and alignment to other campaign priorities. Work alongside additional marketing team members to activate content within a variety of channels including including social media, events, email marketing, content management systems, and more. Ability to stay organized and work alongside agency partners on creative development to support content objectives and activations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing
Experience from the technology and/or consulting industry. Ability to take technical content and make it marketing/brand oriented.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent tone and voice across content and develop compelling campaigns that showcase core business stories.
Experience in managing relationships with agencies, partners, publishers, and internal stakeholders to develop and activate content.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, events, email marketing, and content management systems.
An analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a keen attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
