We offer services in social media marketing, content creation (blog + email writing), web design, SEO, graphic design, and virtual assistant services.
We have an opening for a Digital Marketing assistant who wants to skyrocket the expansion of Bloom Digital Creatives and play a key role in the success of our clients...the job perks include work from anywhere flexibility, working independently and at your own pace, and laughter during stressful moments.
The Digital Marketing assistant is responsible for curating creative + strategic social media content, simple digital marketing tasks, virtual assistant services, graphic design on Canva, and more!

Here's what's involved:
- Outline, create, and manage Standard Operating Procedures for your clients (we can teach you!)
- Curate creative and strategic social media content for several clients. We will meet weekly to create strategies and brainstorm ideas.
- Efficiently and effectively communication
- Monitor and summarize progress of our social media strategy for our clients
- Be the first point of contact for your clients. We communicate via email and Slack
- Responsible for our client’s social media marketing KPI’s and lead generation
- Assist Clients with virtual daily tasks as needed
- Blog and email writing
- All other tasks/duties as assigned
What you need to have/be:
- Top-level organizational skills
- You think in systems
- You’re a born GO GETTER – always looking for ways to add value, do better work, improve efficiencies, build others up, and make the world a better place
- Excellent Communication and Writing Skills - Strong Grammar/Spelling Skills
- Commitment and adherence to deadlines
- Tech savvy - you're unafraid to research, dig in and learn how to integrate platforms
- Respectful of confidential information shared with you and remain gossip-free
- Adaptability- You are able to be fluid and flexible in fast paced work environment and do not shut down when there is additional stress
- Time management skills - You are always on time (or early)
- Experience with modern-day marketing strategies and idea client avatar psychology.
- Marketing strategy experience
….and it would be great if you had:
- Previous digital marketing experience (content creation, social media, project or account management, etc)
- Proficiency preferred in Click-Up, Slack, G-Mail, etc.
- A love for coffee

The nitty gritty:
- You’ll need to bring your A-game to work each day
- Available to work approximately 10 hours per week (with opportunity for more in the near future)
- Based in the United States
- Base pay is $20/hour and will increase to $25/hour after the 3 month learning period
- Opportunity to receive high commission on sales
