As a Copywriter Supporting Our Transportation & Electronics Business Group, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By
- Developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement while adhering to 3M brand guidelines.
- Lead the content strategy process through baseline audits in collaboration with Search, Social, Marketing Automation, and UX/IA.
- Creating compelling content for marketing materials, product descriptions, and digital platforms.
- Provide training to Divisions, Channel Partners, and global partners on copy/content
- Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and champion the optimization of content for maximum customer engagement
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years’ experience in copywriting in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in an MBA
- Proven experience as copywriter or similar role with strong understanding of SEO and content optimization
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with strong prioritization skills
- Experience with digital marketing specifically eCommerce, web experience, and marketing automation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Remote- Canada or US
- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)
