Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple clients simultaneously.
Ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate expertise in event and pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and last-mile attribution.
Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
Client Management:
Manage 3-4 clients concurrently, overseeing multiple campaigns for each.
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and campaign performance updates.
Budget Planning and Strategy:
Conduct cohort analysis to inform ad budget planning.
Develop platform-specific strategies and campaign plans based on client goals.
Collaborate with the team to create effective creative strategies.

Data-driven Decision Making:
Proven ability to interpret data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Experience in using data visualization tools to present insights to both internal teams and clients.
Cross-Channel Integration:
Demonstrated expertise in integrating performance marketing efforts seamlessly across various channels for a cohesive and synchronized strategy.
Proven experience in coordinating efforts with other marketing channels such as SEO, content, and email marketing to maximize overall campaign impact.
Advanced Audience Targeting:
Ability to develop sophisticated audience targeting strategies based on customer segmentation, behavior, and demographics.
Experience with CRM data integration for personalized and targeted marketing initiatives.
Emerging Trends Awareness:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms, incorporating innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Proactively identify and evaluate new advertising technologies and beta features for potential incorporation into campaigns.
Collaboration and Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and sales.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies and results in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Campaign Management:
Experience managing campaigns, understanding regional nuances, and adapting strategies to different markets.
Knowledge of international advertising regulations and compliance standards.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in performance marketing platforms such as Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification, and LinkedIn Ads Certification.
