BlueRock was founded in 2013 by industry veterans with a mission to simplify logistics. If you're passionate about driving success and ready for a dynamic role, let’s join our team in Toronto as a Senior Logistics Customer Success Manager! We trust on your expertise in SaaS solutions, specifically within the Transportation Management System (TMS) sector, to nurture long-term client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our TMS solutions.

Your responsibilities involve:


  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
  • Solution Implementation: Oversee the successful implementation of our TMS solutions, working closely with clients to ensure the related business benefits.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of our services.
  • Feedback and Improvements: Gather client feedback to drive continuous product and service improvements. Work closely with the implementation and product team to prioritize market’s needs and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Retention and Growth: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our TMS solutions.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of accounts, using data analytics to demonstrate value and return on investment to clients.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and challenges, leveraging insights to proactively address client needs and position our company as a leader in TMS solutions.

Who you are and beyond:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Your insights on the ever-changing landscape of the logistics industry, with its challenges and triumphs, is highly valuable to us.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Canadian or North American market dynamics, regulatory environment, and industry trends, in the transportation & logistics sector.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple implementations simultaneously, emphasizing experience in the Canadian or North America contexts
  • Good technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategies to meet the unique challenges and opportunities of the Canadian or North American markets.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM softwares and Customer Success tools is desirable.
