We’re looking for a dynamic and high performing Client Success Manager to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Success, you will work closely with Drop’s clients and internal Sales, Data, and Product teams to operationalize and deliver against client and business needs. Specific examples of your work will include account management, sales support, and revenue forecasting.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves to collaborate, understand problems and own the solution. If you’re someone that thrives in ambiguity and understands building something from zero to one, this is for you.
