We are looking for a project manager whose overall responsibility will be the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
Responsibilities and Duties- Perfect coordination between supply chain/logistics, sales as well as financial department -.
- Actively collaborate with Infinity Supply Management towards obtaining the best outcomes for the project.
- Hands-on work regarding offers for clients as well as vendor communication.
- keeping the team engaged.
- keeping the project on time and on a scope .
- Meeting deadlines for offers/bids as well as deliveries to clients.
- preparing and checking offer calculations as well as other information before they go out to the client.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as the project manager or project coordinator.
- Experience managing small teams 2-5 people and keeping those accountable.
- Basic understanding of finance.
- Excellent with numbers and Excel.
- Previous experience in supply chain and/or sales support is a plus.
- Previous experience in a trading company is a plus.
- Fast-paced, dynamic, able to manage concurring priorities and projects.
- ”can-do” attitude, fast learner.
- Fluent in English (other languages such as French, Chinese are a plus but not mandatory).
- Located between Eastern and Western Europe (GMT - GMT+3) and able to work between early morning Europe time until afternoon Europe time.
