Email Marketing Specialist Role Description
Position Overview
Our mission is to inspire 1 billion people to transform their lives. We are working toward this goal with several different programs and marketing efforts. Can you help us get there by owning the creation, implementation, and maintenance of our email campaigns? Our Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Strategic Director and the Marketing team with the tech and tools we use for emails as well as our email database.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Copywriter and marketing team to create compelling email campaigns in support of our marketing plans.
- Using Infusionsoft CRM, manage customer data, campaign capabilities and optimise audience segmentation.
- Create and present full reporting data to ensure we are growing in the right direction.
- Own the email calendar across the Jay Shetty organization to manage the intensity, quality and branding of the email communications.
We are looking for you if you are:
- Experienced and well-versed in digital and email marketing, industry software, and best practices.
- Responsive, organized, and efficient -- we move quickly and need team members who can keep up and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and meticulous. You find errors in copy and links before the emails are sent to prevent rework.
- Flexible with working hours. We are a global team with colleagues and customers located all over the world.
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently, you are a self-starter who can see work that needs to be done and get it done without being asked.
- Comfortable working as part of a team, leading where needed, but following when appropriate.
- Passionate about building communities and helping others improve their lives. You have a natural connection ability, great listening skills and the ability to help shape mindset and behaviors.
