WHO WE ARE
Founded in 2007, Theorem (formerly Citrusbyte) is a remote-first technology consulting company with a focus on how we do the work as a means to achieve great results.
Theorem is a remote first, fully distributed organization. We are focused on building a team of the best craftspeople, where you work matters less.
Our customers, F1000's and startups alike, come to us because they need to change how something is done in order to succeed and they're looking for a solution that isn’t just about technology — but also people, process and leadership. We consult, form a diverse team of experts, and deliver strategy and execution all under one roof.
Our services range from new product development, pure R&D, legacy modernization, pricing strategy development, revenue generation, process optimization, to organizational transformation and cultural design.
THEOREM DISCOVERY
Theorem is expanding its team of consultative craftspeople focused on early-stage Discovery programs.
We are looking for team members who can step into ambiguity to learn and form opinions quickly. These team members will need to be expert consultants and understand how to communicate with, support, and push back on customers and stakeholders to form lasting partnerships.
A Theorem Discovery team works together to understand and solve problems in any industry or technology stack; they are always looking for new ways to solve big problems so Theorem can build problem-solving solutions.
Day to day team members collect and synthesize information rapidly. They combine the insights learned from their research with their product and business experience to find new and creative solutions to be tested rapidly by producing prototypes and POCs. Every step of the way, the team polishes and communicates their progress to present to customers and stakeholders for opinions and feedback.
Discovery teams are lean and fast, we are looking for candidates who are ready to wear multiple hats and are comfortable working across disciplines.
