LoveToKnow is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) for our GolfLink web property. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the game of golf and has an innate sense of what makes a great product. Our APM program is an amazing opportunity to build exciting products with other world-class professionals. The program is open to recent graduates and those wanting to kick-start a career in Product Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties As a GolfLink APM, you will:
- Research and understand user needs and market gaps.
- Identify and develop new ideas into engaging experiences for Golflink users; develop new ideas into engaging solutions
- Determine metrics to evaluate the success of new ideas and prioritize ways to make continual improvements.
- Work cross-functionally (with engineers, UX designers, marketing, etc) to launch your features.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements to improved user experiences
- Balance strategic projects while maintaining product momentum and launch schedules.
- Focus on product excellence ensuring a high-quality standard on all product releases.
- Coordinate with the engineering and design department to deliver functional solutions
- Work closely with content teams to develop engaging and monetizable content
- Liaise with the revenue group to optimize advertising and positioning for new products
- Monitor key success metrics including and report on users’ reactions following the launch
- Create support and training documents
