We are hiring our next Sales Ops Senior Analyst for our RevOps team, who will ensure our Salesforce and other GTM related applications enable the full potential of our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will work closely with team managers, Sales Enablement and Marketing Ops to streamline processes and workflows and unlock insights by ensuring data integrity and building dashboards. The role can be based in San Francisco or Berlin and reports to Finance.



Responsibilities and Duties

What You Would Do

  • Own and manage all of our Sales related GTM tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Gong and others)
  • Optimize our revenue funnel. Work with Sales Enablement and Marketing Ops to build and maintain workflows and functionality in Salesforce and adjacent Sales and Customer Success systems to keep up with the growing demands of our business
  • Keep our data foundation fit for management, reporting and analysis. Establish and maintain best practices around opportunity & account management across customer facing teams & maintain data hygiene
  • Create insights. Support Sales and Customer Success in creating dashboards for management. Develop, and maintain metrics reports on activities, effectiveness and business impact to make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Assist GTM leaders to create documentation for all new tools, workflows, and processes
  • Troubleshoot and streamline workflow and technical issues for the GTM team 


You Must Have

  • 3+ years working with Salesforce as an administrator
  • Strong Data Analysis/Mgmt. Skills - appreciate the value of clean data to ensure the success of a tool
  • Thriving and adapting in an environment that changes fast 
  • A mind for process and connecting pieces to broader business context
  • Fantastic organization skills
  • Great relationship management 
  • Eagerness to learn a lot of new skills fast


Nice to Have

  • Marketing, Sales, CS, or Revenue Operations experience
  • Experience working with SalesLoft, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Strikedeck, Data Studio
  • Ability to write Apex code in Salesforce and/or work in REST API
