Job Description
We are seeking an experienced temporary Business Systems Analyst to assist with merger and acquisition processes related to consolidation of corporate business systems (CRM, Finance, UCaas, ITSM, etc.). We have recently closed a significant acquisition and will be working to identify workstreams, processes, and projects to align. Experience with process analysis, system analysis and project management skills are desired.
In this role, you will be participating in many workshops as we learn the acquired company, documenting and coordinating plans for integration including timing, coordination with third party resources to assist with migrations, aligning with existing Product Owners. You should be extremely comfortable in leading in the discovery and analysis, documenting meeting details and creating and reporting project updates. You will work with teams to create new processes and onboard teams to some existing processes.
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar field or equivalent work experience required.
