Job Description - FirstEnergy Customer Service Representative Work From Home

- You will be the main point of contact for all customers calling in regarding their utilities through FirstEnergy! These will be inbound calls only so no sales or telemarketing required.
- Your goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience while helping customers through billing questions, power outages, payment plans, and more!
- Work from home. Must live within 50 miles of Fairlawn, Ohio. Equipment will be provided. Must have high speed internet at home.
Required Skills and Knowledge - FirstEnergy Customer Service Representative Work From Home
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week (1st shift)
- You will be working on the computer all day so computer skills and the ability to navigate your screen are a must!
- Quiet and distraction free at home work space.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time. Will be taking phone calls 8 hours a day.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and responsible.
- High speed internet at home.

Education and Experience - FirstEnergy Customer Service Representative Work From Home
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Customer Service experience taking high volume of calls preferred.
- Must have a distraction free at home work environment.
- Previous history of work stability with a year plus in job roles.
- Experience meeting deadlines, metrics, quotas, or goals in the workplace.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
