Robert Half is working with a well-known company that is searching for a Remote Loan Administrator to advise customers on the mortgage loan that is appropriate for their financial circumstances. As the Loan Administrator you will build relationships with industry-specific center of influences like real estate agents and contractors.

As the Loan Administrator you will build relationships with industry-specific center of influences like real estate agents and contractors.
- Manage pipeline of loans for Senior Loan Officers.
- Conduct daily review and follow-up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding items; gather necessary documentation as needed.
- Communicate to Branch Manager/Loan Officers if unable to achieve a timeline or to resolve an error.
- Perform data entry to update all internal computer systems and loan files with notes regarding all actions that affect the loan in accordance with company requirements.
- Maintain contact with customer to provide status updates.
Requirements:
- Previous Mortgage Banking Background
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Works well independently and with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and can multi-task
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
