At Structure Studios, we do more than just develop the most spectacular 3D design software. Our goal is to improve lives through 3D experiences, so we focus as much on building a great team as on developing a great product. Now, we’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter who will build a world-class hiring process and create a pipeline of candidates so we can dependably hire when needed.



Responsibilities and Duties

The First 120 Days:

  1. Build a world-class hiring process
  2. Create a hiring pipeline for key positions
  3. Advocate for Structure Studios Culture and work atmosphere
  4. Hire:
    1. Senior Backend Developer
    2. Technical Support Person
    3. Video Editing Expert who has proven ability to create training videos

What You’ll Do: 

  • Create job posts, interview plans, and test projects for every position
  • Identify and attract applicable talent for each specific position
  • Conduct phone interviews 
  • Advocate for our world-class work culture
  • Manage candidates through the interview process
  • Maintain strong relationships with your team, clients, and candidates

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Experience from a previous role in a fast-paced agency
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • A general understanding of the technology landscape
  • Knowledge of the software industry 
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • The ability to prioritize and manage your day
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tool
