We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst in Brno to join our team on our client’s side. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide guidance and training to IT Managers on all finance matters
- Support monthly closing activities including the following:
- Communicate monthly close timelines and activities
- Review, submit, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly accruals and documentation
- Review the accuracy of posted actuals and ensure corrections occur where appropriate
- Perform all internal control checks required by the accounting hubs
- Send out monthly variance reports and arrange monthly review meetings with IT Site Leads and the Head of IT
- Support project business case review activities including:
- Synergy baseline and documentation verification
- Asset impairment calculations
- Management of project cost tracking structure
- Support semi-annual budgeting cycles
- Support continued evaluation and improvement of business processes as well as continued development of financial reports and tools in accordance with business needs or the Strategy & Operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Over 2 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Experienced Microsoft Excel user
- Ability to independently resolve moderate to complex problems
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
