ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR POSITION
As the most senior staff member of The Centre, reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is a full-time position, responsible for the organization's day-to-day operations. As the Centre's first full-time Executive Director (ED), you will lead an organization that is still in its formative stage. The ED should have a passion for fostering DEI in organizations, an ambition to grow and develop the ED role, and commitment to help The Centre meet its audacious goals. To keep the work of The Centre in the forefront of the DEI field, the Executive Director works in collaboration with the Board of Directors to develop organizational strategy and build new activities.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The annual salary range for the position is USD$ 80,000 to 100,000 (a. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The Executive Director's location and cost-of-living will be used to determine the appropriate compensation level.
