MSL is currently seeking an Account Supervisor (4+ years' experience) for our Corporate Reputation practice. As an integral member of the team, this role will be responsible for the development and execution of PR plans and serving as a day-to-day lead for some of the agency's most important corporate clients.
The ideal candidate is a corporate generalist with expertise in account management, content strategy, media relations and executive visibility. Experience or interest in the professional and fintech/financial services space is ideal as we continue to grow our client business in this sector.
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven leader with significant experience in securing earned media coverage as well as strategy development and cross-agency integration to support programs for leading companies. The candidate is a true team player with the ability to move projects effectively, on time, and with excellence.

Responsibilities:
· Acts as the daily client contact and fosters relationship
· Helps develop strategic and tactical annual PR plans - inclusive of goals, objectives, strategies and tactics - and plays an integral role in the research, planning and execution of PR programs and campaigns
· Oversees operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality, deadline adherence and budget management
· Demonstrates strong understanding of media relations, including creating and driving outreach plans, message development, management of events, growth of contact network and effective pitching
· Shows advanced understanding of social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate into client programs
· Identifies opportunities to collaborate with other practices, accounts and Publicis agencies as well as drives efficiencies across the team by proactively sharing recommendations on how to improve work streams
· Demonstrates understanding of core financial constructs including revenue, profitability, pricing structures, budgeting and forecasting with an active role in financial management of accounts and projects
· Contributes to new business process, including identifying new business opportunities and organic growth for existing clients/accounts
· Oversees junior staff's work products to ensure quality and consistency and actively helps mentor, coach and support team members
· Possesses a strong understanding of MSL's positioning and goals; emulates behaviors consistent with MSL's values
Requirements/Skills:
· At least four years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications and/or related fields
· Proven ability to manage large projects and small teams on one or more sizable accounts
· A comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and their objectives, as well as their key stakeholders: consumers, employees, investors, regulators, media, vendors, partners and other businesses/organizations, etc.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately judge and edit work of others
· Ability to mentor, coach and support junior team members and direct reports
· Delegates effectively, setting clear expectations and deadlines and providing needed resources for project completion
