The People & Culture team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Recruitment Marketing team at Stitch Fix. You’ll be a leader on the Recruiting Programs, Operations and Strategy team defining the strategic infrastructure, systems, and processes to enable our teams to do their very best work. You’ll play an essential role in Stitch Fix’s employer brand by building and executing on the enterprise strategy – giving it a strong, distinctive, and consistent voice for Stylists, Warehouse Associates and Corporate functions. You are a strategic thinker and curious storyteller who is passionate and experienced in building brand and company culture, collaborates effectively within matrixed teams, and shapes compelling content across multiple formats and channels. As part of a high-performing team, you have a bias for action, are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and bring a solid understanding of how company culture drives engagement and attracts best-in-class talent.
This role can either be based in our San Francisco HQ or remote (US) and will report directly to the Director of Recruiting Programs, Operations & Strategy.

- Define, own and amplify our employer brand and lead the overall recruitment marketing experience across global business needs leading strategy, experience design, implementation and measurement

- Understand our current talent landscape and keep abreast of hiring trends and industry changes to identify key players, events and opportunities for Stitch Fix to partner with to strengthen our overall presence and to achieve recruitment goals
- Collaborate, influence, and build relationships with leadership and business partners, serving as a trusted strategic advisor who is able to align strategies with business needs
- Lead the Recruitment Marketing team and manage all stakeholders, responsible for project deliverables, deadlines, campaign calendars, and campaign execution
- Lead development of content strategy, messaging and channel innovation to build strong stories that differentiate Stitch Fix from our competitors and create meaningful connections with target audiences
- Translate research into insights that strengthen overall strategic plans and increase campaign effectiveness
- Build experiences and campaigns to improve Stitch Fix’s brand perception and make us stand out from other employers
- Create media plans and run activations to reach target segments and drive results
Responsibilities and Duties
- 6+ years of professional work experience in Marketing and/or Communications with experience developing and executing recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns across a global audience to attract and retain the best talent
- A proven people leader, able to not only manage a team of 3-5 employees but also to build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key business partners
- Creative problem solver who is able to build and adapt strategies, has a keen brand intuition, and comes with strong storytelling and exceptional writing skills
- Deep experience leading cross-functional projects, especially those managing multiple stakeholders across different departments and functions
- Passionately customer-curious, with proven experience as a strategic thinker who can build communications and marketing campaigns that include key messaging plans, paid media executions, website and owned content management, social media calendars, events and partnerships
- Experience managing budgets and an understanding of how to measure ROI for employer brand and its associated projects
