Spartez (an Appfire company) is looking for an exceptional Email Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing team. You would be a great fit, if:

What you will do: 

• Execute both scheduled and automated email marketing campaigns in our email marketing platform, including writing HTML code, testing and troubleshooting inbox rendering;
• Create highly targeted audience segments, as well as configure deployments and send triggers;
• Monitor marketing platforms and ongoing campaigns to ensure they are performing optimally at all times — including data validation and quality control;
• Manage the email marketing database and all unsubscribe requests and processes to ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA, and other global responsibilities;
• Provide EU support when needed
• Providing frequent reporting on campaign performance.
• Perform periodic deep dives into digital marketing metrics;
• Performing A/B tests and reporting on results with an eye toward ongoing incremental improvement, aligning with the company’s philosophies around test-driven marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on experience owning email campaign production;
• Command of English at level C1 or higher. Your Manager will be a person who does not speak Polish
• Expertise with advanced HTML coding for email and web;
• Thorough understanding of current trends and the latest email marketing best practices, design and rendering principles, and deliverability and list management and compliance standards;
• Skills in analyzing complex digital marketing metrics relating to Email Marketing, SEO and SEM;
• Experience with enterprise email marketing platforms, email rendering testing suites, analytics software, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office;
• Experience with Asana, Trello, Jira, and Confluence on a Junior level is a plus;
• Open to some flexibility outside of core working hours (10 AM and 3.30 PM polish time) to meet with a Manager in the US and provide EU support when necessary.
