You’ll help empower our Web Marketing, Creative, SEO, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver a delightful experience to our customers, so they can take care of their growing teams.
As the Project Manager Lead, you will own the prioritization, management, and execution of Web Marketing projects across Gusto’s website including site updates, landing page optimizations, SEO improvements, CMS component development, experimentation, and more. You will drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies across Web Marketing, Creative, SEO, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams. This role is extremely collaborative and operates in a driven environment.
You’ll be a member of the Web Marketing team and partner closely with a variety of product, creative, and engineering teams to improve our throughput and deliver world-class content on-time and within budget. Our broader Marketing Acquisition team covers a lot of ground so the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and moving forward in a fast-paced environment is key. Here’s what we're looking for:
- 7+ years experience in project management working with cross functional teams, ideally with a focus on B2B or SaaS
- Experience developing and optimizing workflows across multiple teams
- Experience using JIRA required (bonus points for working knowledge of other workflow management software– Asana, AirTable, etc.)
- Extremely organized and attention to detail is a must
- Able to work with multiple personality types across multiple disciplines and lead teams to a solution
- Always ready to solve a problem with a can-do attitude
- You are curious, persistent, logical and clever
- Passionate about Gusto’s mission and the impact we can have on the world
- Bring your successful experience managing project workflows to drive the growth and optimization of our current processes
- Ensure incoming projects are well thought through and have required specs
- Manage project prioritization across multiple ENG teams
- Manage stakeholder communication end-to-end throughout entire project lifecycle
- Partner closely with engineering, product marketing, and analytics
