Bringing smiles is what we do at TTEC… for you and the customer. As a Customer Service Representative working remotely in Canada, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Understand customers’ needs and provide alternative solutions including upselling products or services
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English. In this role you will be interacting with global customers and coworkers whose primary language is English.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- Must already reside in one of the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan. Not eligible in Alberta.
