Position: Customer Service
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $30 per hour
Job Type: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Our client is one of Canada’s leading tobacco and vaping companies with administrative offices in Mississauga, manufacturing facilities in Montreal and sales offices across the country, and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and take incident reports for customers
- Enter orders in SAP for wholesalers and retailers as needed
- Perform credits/debits and return authorizations for wholesalers and retailers
- Coordinate and monitor sales following price increases and launches of new products
- Present a professional image, create and maintain a good business rapport with all retailers, wholesalers and customers, in line with the company's guidelines and code of conduct
- Minimum high school level education
- Proven and exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate team spirit, flexibility and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision
- Detail oriented, have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team
- Solid knowledge and skill level with Microsoft Office products
- Fluently bilingual: English and French
- Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel
