Our client is one of Canada’s leading tobacco and vaping companies with administrative offices in Mississauga, manufacturing facilities in Montreal and sales offices across the country, and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and take incident reports for customers
Enter orders in SAP for wholesalers and retailers as needed
Perform credits/debits and return authorizations for wholesalers and retailers
Coordinate and monitor sales following price increases and launches of new products
Present a professional image, create and maintain a good business rapport with all retailers, wholesalers and customers, in line with the company's guidelines and code of conduct
Requirements
Minimum high school level education
Proven and exceptional customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate team spirit, flexibility and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision
Detail oriented, have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team
Solid knowledge and skill level with Microsoft Office products
Fluently bilingual: English and French
Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel
