What Nordia Offers
- Hourly wage of $17.10 after training (including a premium of $2.85 on worked hours);
- Premiums for bilingualism (when applicable) and weekend hours;
- Fully-paid training and coaching program;
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday 7:00am till 11:00pm EST;
- Saturday and Sunday 9:00am till 9:00pm EST;
- If you are employed as a student you will be able to work full-time during scheduled breaks, such as the winter/summer holidays and spring break.
- Students with no Study permit:
- Work a minimum of 16 hours up to 28 hours per week during regular academic months.
- Students eligible to work according to a Study Permit:
- work up to 20 hours per week during regular academic sessions and work full-time during scheduled breaks, such as the winter/summer holidays or spring break.
- Must be able to work from home
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Must reside within the hiring location;
- Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
- Must have a dedicated space and not be disturbed during your shift.

Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and solving problems are your strengths!
- Be available full-time during the training period;
- Finally, a flexible schedule is key - we have to be able to serve customers when they need us. As a student you have the ability to work evenings and weekends during the school year.
