What Nordia Offers
Hourly wage of $17.10 after training (including a premium of $2.85 on worked hours);
Premiums for bilingualism (when applicable) and weekend hours;
Fully-paid training and coaching program;
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday 7:00am till 11:00pm EST;
Saturday and Sunday 9:00am till 9:00pm EST;
If you are employed as a student you will be able to work full-time during scheduled breaks, such as the winter/summer holidays and spring break.
Students with no Study permit:
Work a minimum of 16 hours up to 28 hours per week during regular academic months.
Students eligible to work according to a Study Permit:
work up to 20 hours per week during regular academic sessions and work full-time during scheduled breaks, such as the winter/summer holidays or spring break.
Must be able to work from home
Eligibility Criteria:
Must reside within the hiring location;
Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
Must have a dedicated space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative , you will provide support to assist and respond to Canada Post customers' various requests such as their delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general inquiries. This is a non-sales position that focuses solely on customer service. Add to this the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home – what could be better?
Qualifications
Bilingual (English and French);
Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and solving problems are your strengths!
Be available full-time during the training period;
Finally, a flexible schedule is key - we have to be able to serve customers when they need us. As a student you have the ability to work evenings and weekends during the school year.
