We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, a problem solver, and have a passion for helping people. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for change
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
