Responsibilities:
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet clients and companies expectations and challenges
On site visits with clients, 3 days per week, successfully selling to a wide variety of manufacturing and related industries
Provide technical consultation and service, selecting and promoting appropriate products/services
Involvement in territory’s strategic plan and account strategy to ensure sales growth
Understanding clients’ business operations and adding value to their organization through implementation of key products
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Driven and self-motivated to make a measurable impact within the company’s business plans
Able to travel 60%
Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle (travel expenses are covered)
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Pro-actively able to react to customer’s needs and pain points, active listener
Eager for personal growth, mentorship, engagement with management and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach
