Audience Republic is an all-in-one marketing platform for events, venues, artists & creators. Our customers are some of the largest names in the world — including events featuring artists like Justin Bieber, Post Malone, Elton John, RUFUS DU SOL, ODESZA, Flume, Marshmello.
We are fast growing technology startup in B2B SaaS, and have raised $10M from investors.
What will you do?
- You will be responsible for Customer Success for North America, and work with the Sales, Marketing & Product Team
- Ensure our customers are properly on-boarded and are getting value from our platform
- Regularly interact with our customers to ensure they are using & gaining value from our platform
- Responsible for measuring our NPS score, and driving it up over time
- Identify and track metrics around user engagement, to ensure we're driving user engagement up over time
- Pre-emptively identifying customers that are at risk of churn and doing something about it
- Identifying up-sell and cross sell opportunities and delivering against set renewal targets
- Assist customers launching marketing campaigns and ensuring they are using best practices
You are someone who
- Has at least 2 years experience in Customer Success for a SaaS company
- Has experience working in a startup environment
- Has experience in or a keen interest in the music or events industry- we want someone who genuinely wants to help our customers!
- Is based in either Canada or USA
