Job Description

The Partner Content and Portal Specialist will join our Strategic Initiatives and Partner Programs team in the Alliance & Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organization who is at the forefront of driving ServiceNow’s growth to $16B and beyond.


The Strategic Programs & Initiatives team has set a goal to Expand ServiceNow’s market share by cultivating, enticing, and intimately engaging the partner ecosystem. We are accountable for accelerating our partner growth success by developing leading channel programs and connected, secure, efficient, and scalable digital ecosystems.


To be successful, it's essential that the company further increase its attention on partner content and life cycle to keep partners informed, satisfied, and engaged. The Content & Portal Specialist supports partner engagement initiatives, including outreach strategy, push, build, test, and execution of best-in-class customer engagement and growth campaigns.


Primary responsibilities of this role include:


Partner Life Cycle and Journey


  • Obsess over the partner journey, using business data, an understanding of partner needs and marketing instinct, to drive content decisions in the partner portal
  • Work closely with Lifecycle lead, Research and Product to develop performance marketing strategies to create extraordinary partner experiences and drive user and revenue growth
  • Juggle multiple projects and changes, deliver projects on aggressive timeline, and organize complex information so it’s clear, concise, and digestible
Partner Content
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product roadmap to ensure global partners are aligned and local needs are reflected accurately in the portal
  • Organize content changes based on content roadmap
  • Manage and optimize marketing activity on the partner portal
  • Review & process content updates in testing environments
  • Manage the prioritization of projects across digital platforms
  • Socialize ideas and work with stakeholders world-wide to gain input and buy-in
Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:
  • Excellent storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to home in on business challenges, use insights, discuss and debate ideas to focus on what matters most
  • Maintain uncomfortably high standards for both yourself and the people you are working with
  • Curiosity: You don't take things as given
  • 2-3+ years experience managing customer lifecycle strategies
  • Experience leading, running and measuring marketing initiatives
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Able to develop clear, concise communications
  • Experience working in a global organization on multi-market, multi-language projects
  • Team-player, strong collaborator
  • Able to work independently and with ambiguity to develop a new concept
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $104,900 - $173,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
