inquirED is seeking a Support Representative to further our organization's mission of inquiry for every student. We know when teachers use our digital inquiry-based social studies curriculum they often turn to us for support both technical and instructional. Our support team is the first line of response, and for many teachers, the first point of contact with inquirED. We are looking for a person with a passion for making teachers' lives easier so they can better serve their students.
Requirements
In this role, you will respond to support requests to meet teachers' immediate needs during the busy back-to-school season!
We're looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Empathetic: You’re able to understand and relate to the concerns of teachers
Tech Savvy: You pick up new technology quickly and love learning how things work
Self-motivated: You’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Communicative: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences to drive issues to a resolution
Solutions Oriented: You have an eye for identifying problems and love providing creative solutions
Collaborative: You’re passionate about uplifting others and sharing ideas, resources, and responsibilities with your teammates
Teaching Experience: You’ve worked with or in K-12 schools or districts
Bonus: You have experience with industry tools such as Zendesk, Slack, Guru, etc.

This role is a contract position; June 2023 - September 30, 2023. The base compensation range for this role is $33/hour.
This position will generally require availability between the hours of 9-5 Monday through Friday.
