Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and discovery sessions with prospects to understand their pain points and requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Sibme's features and benefits, tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Sibme's solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing consultative guidance and expertise throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Support the AE as needed with demos and research on larger enterprise deals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or business development role, preferably within the education or edtech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the education industry and familiarity with K-12 schools and districts is a plus.
