We are actively searching for 100% commission based 1099 - Full Desk Recruiters
The position is fully remote with the Opportunity to become a Contract 1099 or W2 role as the company grows. It’s a great opportunity to get started and to start winning!
As a Full Desk Recruiter you will be responsible for prospecting, business development, sourcing & recruiting, and client success management.

Your weekly FOCUS will be:
1. Identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, and with decision makers that may have talent acquisition needs.
2. Showcasing the Mission Box Solutions value propositions to potential clients in virtual and over the phone meetings. Consulting, reviewing and assessing potential and current 3. client needs, understanding hiring goals, and outlining specific skills and experiences they are seeking.
4. Recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates; while building an effective pipeline of highly qualified professionals.
5. Building and maintaining client relationships as their premier talent consultant and workforce solutions expert.
6. Communicating and displaying your social recruiting expertise to both our virtual & digital audiences. Proactively using social media for recruitment marketing purposes.
7. Attending team awareness meetings to collaborate and dialogue on what's next.
This is an independent contractor, commissioned-based, 1099 role. All earnings in this role are based on candidate placements from job orders we or you place. These commissions are uncapped earnings with tremendous potential for massive growth!

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Staffing, Sourcing, or Technical Recruiting & Recruitment Marketing.
Has recruiting & sourcing tools at disposal. Leverages online recruiting resources such as the internet, social media, professional organizations, and community associations to identify, prospecting, recruit, and network for clients and candidates
Be a US Citizen.
Has an understanding of Security Clearances and the Cleared Talent space.
Has an understanding of the military community or is a military veteran, servicemember, military spouse, or military advocate.
Is comfortable in a competitive environment and willing to build relationships across the organization to enhance the workplace.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with building sourcing strategies and practicing deep online research.
A hunger to learn and be a part of team meetings and work cross functionally.
Has previously demonstrated building strong relationships with business professionals.
Approaches work with an organized and positive mindset, manages competing priorities, and deadlines proactively.
Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with team members, stakeholders and candidates throughout the entire experience.
Has a strong work ethic. Works independently and is responsible and accountable for personal and organizational goals.
Proficient with the use of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Chat App Etc.)
Has experience in or has a passion to learn full desk recruiting, including identifying potential business leads, building relationships with business leaders, sourcing diverse applicants, interviewing and assessing fit, and precision networking.
