Tutoria connects people in need with volunteer tutors via our online platform. Volunteers and clients sign up at https // tutoria.io. They select their interests (English tutoring, US Citizenship, or legal aid) and availability. They then connect with one another via direct message.
Why Tutoria?There is a strong demand from immigrants for education and legal services around the world. There is also a large supply of volunteers offering to teach such classes. The bottleneck is that connecting immigrants and volunteers is done manually by non-profit staff, who do not have the capacity to provide matching/scheduling services. The Ask
Tutoria is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to work cross-functionally within the company to execute digital campaigns, monitor performance, optimize campaigns and report the results. The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution, management and optimization of high volume pay-per-click B2C campaigns on various platforms, including, most importantly, Google’s Search and Display Networks. This position requires tactical knowledge and experience in paid search and display marketing tasks such as keyword research, audience research, bid management, copywriting, landing page testing, budget management and reporting. The Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist will own and manage Tutoria’s ongoing Google Ads campaigns, add/delete campaigns as appropriate, and expand Tutoria’s pay-per-click advertising to additional platforms. At all times, the Specialist will have a high degree of attention to detail, and ensure that all advertising is in line with Tutoria’s goals and mission.
