Synergy Interactive is partnering with a growth marketing agency to fill an Senior SEO/SEM Manager position. This contract position is fully remote and will be working in CST hours. SEO AND SEM experience is required for this position

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide thought leadership and competitive strategies to find market gaps for increased campaign success across multiple clients
• Create and execute successful keyword management, creative testing, and bidding strategies on PPC search engines to effectively achieve customer acquisition goals.
• Develop SEO strategies and phased roadmaps to assist clients in meeting their organic visibility goals.
• Evaluate existing content for alignment to the SEO roadmap to determine content development and refinement opportunities at the program level.
• Execute best practice campaign strategies, structure, and reporting
• Provide campaign insights through keyword and competitor research and keyword testing
• Oversee and occasionally execute campaign optimizations across all clients
• Write Search ad copy for all client campaigns
• Conduct detailed SEM Audits for campaign research
• Perform SEO audits including technical and on-page evaluation to inform ongoing optimization and content opportunities as well as digital experience information architecture.
• Coordinate forecasts and budgeting with other members of the media team
• Partner with performance marketing and channel planners (Display, Social, etc.) to build integrated touchpoint plans, defining the role of SEO/SEM in driving conversion goals.
• Present findings in a synthesized manner with highly organized data to back-up your findings for both internal and client audiences.
• Create SEO/SEM performance measurement plans with KPIs and benchmarks for monthly and quarterly reporting, inclusive of impact to website traffic and content engagement.
• Set-up data integrations and visualization for search and web reporting.
• Develop website tagging briefs and execute tagging for ongoing web reporting.
• Keep up-to-date on marketing best practices and trends affecting the analytics and digital marketing space
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years Search Engine Marketing experience
• Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics certificati0on
• Proven track record of success with and deep understanding of large scale paid search programs and strong research capabilities
• Excellent search ad copywriting skills
• Solid knowledge of current and emerging SEM trends and technologies
• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge for data manipulation and tactical execution including pivot tables, V Look-ups, concatenation, etc.
• Proficient at conversion tracking and pixel placement
• Familiarity with SEMRush, Spyfu, Moz
• Ability to read HTML to identify technical SEO issues
• B2B experience preferred
• Attribution Modeling knowledge is a plus
• Technical SEO capabilities are a plus
• Agency experience is a plus
• Experience in managing junior paid search team members is a plus
