Job Summary
The Graphic Designer/Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing a comprehensive list of tasks from graphic design work, to social media management. In addition, they will develop and maintain key audience metrics and brand building initiatives. With direction and support, the Graphic Designer/Digital Asset Coordinator designs and manages Rivia branded materials, print materials, social media content, as well as performs social media channel management. The Graphic Designer/Digital Asset Coordinator role will work in a collaborative remote model environment.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
Supports all functions related to the brand visuals, graphics and marketing, outreach, and digital presence for a large multistate speciality medical practice
Supports initiatives to build materials, landing pages and content related to building relationships across various roles and areas of expertise within health plans, providers and other healthcare entities
Manages graphic design elements as well as technical components of website
Creates and revises graphic design assets from conception to delivery
Resizes and uploads images for use on marketing and social platforms
Modifies website content and coding to keep website fully operational and visually optimized on both desktop and mobile via web programing/CSS and HTML
Ensures resources are allocated according to project needs
Plans concepts by studying and sourcing relevant information and materials
Prepares finished art by utilizing company software
Sends final artwork for marketing materials and/or swag to print and/or production in correctly formatted sizes and dimensions
Keeps up with the latest trends and technologies
Ensures brand identity and message consistency across all channels
Maintains brand consistency via Branding Guidelines
Creates and updates new employee images/assets
Designs assets for all digital marketing initiatives including: PPC, email newsletters, etc.
Participate in various special projects at the direction of the Marketing Manager
Assists the Marketing Manager with various marketing efforts
Other duties as assigned
Creates and curates visual assets for social media accounts and digital outlets including:
Motion graphics
Static Graphics
Infographics
Videos
Social Media Content
PowerPoint and Google Slides Presentations
Email Marketing Campaigns
Website visuals, functionality and landing pages
Shopify Store & Print on Demand Products (Printify, Printful)
Manages content including the original creation of content on multiple platforms
Qualifications
Required Education Level: High School Diploma
At least 7 years of experience in a related field
An understanding of the psychology behind graphic design as well as compliance issues associated with the health and wellness industry
Proven track record managing digital assets, from print materials to web designs
Proficient in the following platforms: Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, Social Media Platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok), Wordpress, Google Slides/PPT, Shopify, Print Platforms (Printify, Printful)
Experience coordinating content development and strategy across different channels
Graphic Design Portfolio with a wide range of styles preferred
Example product design experience necessary, please show examples in your portfolio
Creative thinker with strategic mindset and self-starter mentality
Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth environment
Must have a can-do attitude, a go-getter who is willing to help solve problems and find solutions to complex issues
