Team Eminence is actively seeking to establish a comprehensive network of Freelance Recruiters who are interested in working on a Commission basis. Our client base spans across various industries, including Finance/Accounting, ERP, Banking, construction, and manufacturing.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific positions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and establish long-term relationships.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation.
- Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and update recruitment databases accordingly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in an agency or corporate setting.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
