Overview
We have two Recruiter opportunities open in Clinical and Administrative operations. Both positions are benefit eligible, time limited roles with an expected end date of November 2025.
The Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle consultative recruitment of non-exempt and exempt positions throughout the Institute. The Recruiter functions independently, exercises sound judgment and utilizes critical thinking to resolve the most complex and difficult scenarios with minimal assistance.
This position's work location is fully remote with occasional time on-campus in Boston, MA. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).
