What We Need
Shutterstock is seeking a strong Recruiter for a fixed, 3 month term.
The Day To Day
- Serve as a Shutterstock brand ambassador by providing an extraordinary experience to both external candidates and internal partners. (Like only YOU can!)
- Develop robust & diverse candidate pipelines through professional networking and relevant social media platforms. (Psst. Twitter and TikTok are totally relevant.)
- Partner with your colleagues in Talent Acquisition to drive business priorities and growth initiatives.
- Engage with candidates and hiring managers to deliver a streamlined experience where candidates feel valued and inspired.
- Partner with HRBPs to manage open requisitions and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the data integrity of our ATS and recruiting workflow.
- Leverage data and reporting to iterate the recruiting process on a regular basis.
- Pitch clever new ideas of how to do things better, because we can all learn from each other.
- 4 years of experience working in-house as a recruiter
- Expertise in managing a high-volume workflow in a vibrant environment.
- Experience working in a global market, both in terms of attracting candidates and partner management.
- A deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and recognize those diamonds in the rough, along with a couple of innovative tricks up your sleeve.
- Passion for the candidate experience and stellar client service.
- Natural instincts to collaborate, a good sense of humor and a firm belief that work should be mostly fun (and that no one should take themselves too seriously.)
- Experience with Workday a plus, or similar ATS.
- This role will report into our Talent Acquisition Manager. They will have your back, encourage career development and give you the support you need to succeed.
