Business Professional-Proofreader
Position is fully remote. Candidates can sit anywhere in the US.
Schedule will be M-F 8AM-5PM local time. There is potential for 10 hours of overtime per week based on business needs.
Job Description
Proofreads, reviews, edit documents for accurate use of grammar and required contents. Corrects any typographical, composition.
Stable internet connectivity. 100 Mbs to upload, 20 Mbs to download per Molina's IT team.
Internet service must be provided through cable or fiber. DSL, satellite, and wireless broadband are NOT acceptable.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Work with the team leader to proof the mandated materials against the model templates.
Required Experience: 2-5 years of proofreading with SharePoint experience
Must Have Skills:
• Thorough and great attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and takes directions
• Flexible and open to change
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe, and Word
• Experience in SharePoint
• Preferably with Medicare experience but not required
• Experience (but not required) with Workfront workflow management tool
Required Education: Associate's Degree
