Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Provider Network Development the Field Ops Recruiter will be responsible for effectively recruiting contractors that service our customers’ home repairs. The Field Ops Recruiter will prospect and vet contractors that provide quality and comprehensive plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance services. The Field Ops Recruiter will collaborate with Regional Operations Managers and others to identify and manage gaps in network coverage and negotiate rates.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Recruit providers to establish and maintain a viable provider network.
Negotiate provider service rates to control claim costs
Perform emergency recruitment of contractors when necessary.
Demonstrate awareness of current standards and Codes of Practice.
Perform projects as required that may involve field work.
Monitor marketplace changes that affect OHS’s business and industry.
Demonstrate a commitment to OHS core values and behaviors.

Prior work history in the service business is highly desired.
Background and understanding of plumbing / heating / electrical or similar environment.
Strong oral and written communications skills with emphasis on negotiation and collaboration.
