Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Consultant, Digital Marketing to join our fast-paced, results-driven Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strong digital marketer with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The preferred location for this position is Charlotte or San Diego, but a hybrid or fully remote work location is available.

Responsibilities:

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of marketing campaigns that effectively drive advisor, institution, and enterprise recruitment to LPL Financial.

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to plans, and fulfillment of all necessary requirements.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Perform thorough QA testing ahead of campaign launches, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact performance or user experience.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign performance, generate leads, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Monitor and assist in reporting campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing campaign management and marketing automation.
  • Exceptional campaign management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and experience in campaign performance reporting and analysis.

Core Competencies:
  • Digital marketing expertise: Candidates should possess a background in digital marketing, including experience with creating and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Attention to detail: Candidates with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high quality work and identifying potential issues.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as candidates will need to collaborate with various teams and provide campaign updates.
  • Content & strategy: Experience in crafting content strategies that align with target audience and marketing goals.

Pay Range:

$75,520-$113,280/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
