We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the marketing strategy and execution of one of our compliance software brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing a digital presence and generating leads through content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives
Create and manage content marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase website traffic, and engage with target audiences
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that support business objectives, including product launches and promotions
Manage social media channels, including content creation, community management, and paid social advertising
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results and improve ROI
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including lead generation, website traffic, and email open rates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation
Experience with lead generation and marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive business results
Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in creating and editing content for digital channels
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
Experience in the HR industry is a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
