- Research and report on competitors, email lifecycle marketing strategies and content
- Email marketing: cold email campaigns, upselling campaigns, newsletter, nurturing campaigns and lifecycle marketing
- Content marketing. Execute projects to create content, including case studies, interviews, webinars, articles, videos, collaterals, review SEO articles and publish blogs on the website
- Content planning and creative project management
- Responsible for digital brand presence by managing marketing/social media calendar and scheduling / publishing content on various online platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed
- Assist in analyzing marketing data
- Other duties as assigned
- 4 years of experience in content marketing
- 4 years of experience in email marketing
- 1 year of experience in SEO
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Advanced knowledge in HubSpot
- Experience in SEO and using tools like Semrush
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
