The Social Media Brand Coordinator will create and maintain an online brand presence across a variety of platforms including social media channels, emails and SMS. They will support the Brand Manager in the execution of marketing and media plans for OGX experiences with a heavy emphasis on social media marketing, email campaigns, as well as influencer and community management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, implement and manage social media strategies across multiple brands in our portfolio, including building posts from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, and scheduling
Ideate and execute direct email and SMS campaigns, including building messages from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, and scheduling
Facilitate and engage in online conversations with customers٫ including responding to queries or questions from clients.
Create and manage all social media, email and SMS marketing calendars and ensure alignment with overall ad campaigns; oversee execution of said campaigns
Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors in support of ad plans
Support optimization and best practices of marketing activities
Work closely with external vendors and on-site operations teams to ensure successful promotional events and other marketing stunts in-market
Management of presentation decks to support timely and accurate approvals of campaigns
Provide overall support for the Brand Manager as needed
Preparing and submitting payment requests
Research and reporting projects
What we’re looking for:
1-2 years of experience in marketing; preferably in the entertainment industry
Experience using social media for brand awareness and impressions leading to sales
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google and other social media best practices
Experience in a revenue driving capacity, specifically converting leads to ticket sales
Experience ideating and producing marketing events preferred
Experience in CRM/email marketing
Experience with Mail Chimp preferred
Someone with strong analytical skills who can take raw data and translate into action
A strong communicator who is able to work across teams
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Interest in entertainment and pop culture across film, television, and gaming
