About The Role


We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to bring the product vision to life by creating concepts and prototypes that our customers will love. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and business teams to create the next generation of Profitero’s products. Profitero is about to launch a new set of products, and as part of this effort, you will be creating the company components library gathering the product next gen UX. This is currently a single function position in the company with the potential to grow the team in the future.


What You'll Do


  • Collaborate with the Directors of Product to craft and implement user research to generate insights that will inform the inclusive design
  • Co-interpret user research activities and insights with the Product team to create journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to socialize and test with our core customers
  • Co-create customer feedback loop using different product analysis tools and ceremonies to ensure high quality UX that will best serve our customers and implement it
  • Work closely with the software development teams to implement your designs
  • Create and deliver smart designs that will bring data driven insights to life in the simplest and most accurate way


Who You Are


  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in user experience at a high-growth SaaS company
  • You are self-motivated, exceptionally detail-oriented, and an independent thinker
  • You have an expert understanding of UX best practices and design principles
  • You have previous experience designing big data and/or analytics products
  • You have previous experience working in product software development in an agile environment as part of a product team
