We are currently seeking an experienced, and self-driven Digital Marketing Account Coordinator to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Account Coordinatorin our Pay Per Lead division, your main responsibility will be to assist our Digital Marketing Account Manager in the successful management of client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires excellent data management skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to make informed decisions based on client needs and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and our Digital Marketing Account Managerto execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.

  • Manage and organize data for accurate and efficient processing of unmatched leads.

  • Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions based on refund rates, lead flow, and communication frequency.

  • Process refunds within our CRM system, addressing client concerns and push-back on lead cancellations.

  • Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct phone and email conversations with clients, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Generate reports to identify partner sources requiring adjustments or pauses based on performance.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills to navigate through scenarios with no clear-cut solutions.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns across various channels for improved performance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency in a similar account management role.

  • 2-3 years of experience working with Google or Facebook ads

  • Strong experience with CRM software(s) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

  • Proficient in data management and analysis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions based on client needs and data insights.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
