As Graphic Designer, you will be an important contributor to exceptional design and creative ideas, an enabler of effective communication, and a steward of our clients’ brands. As an essential member of the Creative Team, you will support the development of digital and print projects from design through production.

ABOUT YOU

Primary responsibilities:

• Report to Art Managers and Design Directors
• Execute design, layout, and production on a variety of projects, including:
  • Digital: interactive tablet and desktop tools, websites, banner ads, and mobile presentations
  • Print: collaterals
  • Slide presentations
  • Icons, data visualizations, and infographics
  • Brand identity: logos and systems
  • Convention booths and event graphics
• Actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
• Maintain cutting-edge, high-quality design standards with detailed precision and grow through mentorship and self-assessment
• Support your team by staying one step ahead and always looking for opportunities to do more

• This is a hybrid remote & in-person work position

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We seek highly-motivated individuals who bring accuracy, cutting-edge design, and creativity to our client work. You must have the following qualifications:

• Formal training in graphic design or a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience (preferred) in an art/design department, agency, or corporate environment
  • Healthcare agency experience a plus
• A portfolio that demonstrates the following:
  • Strong sense of design and a definitive style
  • Excellent typography
  • Passion for trends and innovation
  • Digital and print design expertise
  • Video and motion graphics a plus
• Software proficiency:
  • InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint required
    • We are on the Macintosh platform, except PowerPoint is on Windows
  • Figma, XD, Sketch, After Effects, and HTML5 CSS a plus
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Superior organizational abilities with a sharp eye for details
• Eagerness to collaborate and be mentored—as well as the focus and discipline to work independently
• Energy to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Levelheaded demeanor and ability to take constructive criticism
