Digital Marketing Strategist

This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NJ, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX. (Candidates outside of these states will not be considered)


We are looking for a positive-minded, enthusiastic Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and help us to create and execute successful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, an eye for detail, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. You will be working with the Director of Digital Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that engage customers, drive conversions, and increase brand awareness.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Work with internal marketing teams and across departments to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Daily scheduling and management of social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Help define, analyze, and optimize key metrics for PPC performance
  • Work with marketing to research and create buyer personas
  • Perform competitive intelligence, and integrate findings into digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist content marketing with search optimization of blogs, white papers, and other content
  • Weekly brainstorming on the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies
  • Other duties as required


Position Proficiencies and Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare field
  • A proven track record of creating and implementing digital strategies that led to strong growth metrics
  • Experience with WordPress. Elementor experience preferred
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media channels for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Strong competency in creating SEO, PPC, and retargeting campaign assets and reports
  • Ability to evolve with ever-changing digital marketing technologies
  • Must be able to work in the Central or Eastern time zone (8 AM - 5 PM)
